Call Center Representative
SUMMARY: The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing a superior experience for potential customers through outbound or inbound phone conversations. The ultimate goal for each contact is to set an appointment for our design team to visit the customer’s home.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Using assigned scripts, makes a minimum of 100 outbound or inbound calls per day, with the objective of making the minimum number of appointments
- Responsible for 25 outbound telephone calls per hours, for the purposes of setting appointments for sales representatives
- Identifies prospects through an extensive campaign provided by management
- Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment and database information
- Actively listens and accurately responds to customer needs
- Identifies opportunities for additional needs and communicates these to the customer
- Respectfully overcomes objections through the use of appropriate rebuttals
- Set appointments by clearly and concisely recording names, addresses, and details of customer needs
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year telemarketing experience
- Computer literate (Windows)
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communications skills required
- Excellent telephone sales abilities
- Dependable, productive and well organized
