Canvass Manager:
SUMMARY: Responsible for coordinating, developing personnel, planning and reporting all information and direction of Canvass and Event Lead Generation and Management for the appointed location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring and training the canvass and events team as to a qualified lead generation for appointments, communication skills and techniques as well as overall orientation to our Company processes and style.
- Identifying, booking, attending, and staffing local events for lead generation purposes.
- Manage and train all personnel as to reporting requirements of the documentation and supporting documents and customer communications.
- Coordinate communications between Sales department, Administration and other departments as necessary.
- Prepare accurate and timely marketing reports and develop lead generation forecasts on a monthly basis.
- Develop and regularly review a marketing plan for the specific neighborhoods you plan to canvass and events you plan to participate in.
- Report lead generation data and conversion rates to General Manager when necessary.
- Keep informed of competitor activity within assigned territory and inform General Manager of these activities.
- Implement and continually review the proper flow of all memos, documents and other sales and marketing information in order to maintain a high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all marketing personnel adhere to company procedures and policy.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in sales management.
- Past experience in a selling capacity is also preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Well organized, self-starter, capable of functioning with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- High school diploma or GED required, some college experience (Associate’s degree or higher) is preferred.
