Larry Chavez, Sr. – President and CEO
Larry Chavez is the founder, president and CEO of Dreamstyle Remodeling, a leading remodeling company in the Southwestern U.S. that employs 493 people. Larry is a native New Mexican and graduated from UNM’s Anderson School of Management with a BBA in Accounting. After working as a CPA for several years, Larry founded what would become Dreamstyle Remodeling in 1989 with the opening of a Four Seasons Sunrooms franchise. Over the past 25 years, Larry has grown Dreamstyle into one of the largest remodeling companies in the country, with customers totaling over 60,000 throughout the Western United States. Dreamstyle Remodeling now offers top-name brand home improvement products across five states.
Currently, Larry serves on Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies Remodeling Futures Program Steering Committee and is a mentor for Stanford University’s Latino Entrepreneur Leadership Program. In March of 2017, Larry was inducted into the UNM Anderson School of Management Hall of Fame.
Philanthropically, Larry has served on several nonprofit boards locally for organizations including the Albuquerque Community Foundation (founding board member) and Animal Humane New Mexico. Through Dreamstyle Remodeling and personally, he also makes significant financial contributions to several nonprofits annually with causes including homeless pets, children’s cancer research, and veterans.
He enjoys spending time with family, including his four grandchildren, traveling and attending various sporting events.
Joyce Hitchner – Vice President and Co-Founder
Joyce is the Vice President and Co-founder of Dreamstyle Remodeling. From its inception, she has handled the company’s marketing activities as well as several top level administrative functions. In recent years, Joyce has relinquished marketing operations and has been responsible for planning and executing the design and construction of the company’s extensive facilities, including showrooms throughout five Western states. She is been a key participant in the company’s expansion of all markets and products and the company’s overall strategic planning. She is closely involved in talent evaluation and plays a key role in succession planning. Joyce coordinates employee recognition and motivational activities. She is extensively involved the company’s charitable work. Joyce enjoys spending free time with her family, her two dogs and three cats.
Dawn Dewey – Marketing Director
With 10 years of Marketing experience, Dawn has been with Dreamstyle Remodeling since 2013. She has been recognized in Professional Remodeler Magazine’s 40 under 40 & was selected as Renewal by Andersen’s Marketing Leader of the Year in 2015. She holds a BBA in Marketing Management from UNM’s Anderson School of Management. When not working, Dawn loves spending time with her family: her husband, one-year-old daughter, two dogs and one cat.
Kellie Linfoot – Director of Finance
Kellie brings over 15 years of Finance, Consumer Lending and Consumer Relations Experience to Dreamstyle Remodeling and has served in several management roles within Dreamstyle over the last 11 years. Kellie is considered an industry leader in consumer financing and has created a financing program to best suit our consumer’s needs. Kellie and her team are committed to providing the very best experience by exceeding all client expectations. When not working, Kellie enjoys spending time with her two boys. They also enjoy traveling and attending sporting events.
Jim Zunno – General Sales Manager
Jim has been with Dreamstyle Remodeling for years and has 29 years of experience in the home improvement industry. Jim holds the 2007 and 2009 awards for RBA Top Sales Leadership and has a BBA in Finance and Human Resources. Jim is happily married with two children.
Ken E. Biddle – San Diego General Manager
Ken has been with Dreamstyle Remodeling since 2016 and has 33 years of experience in the industry. Ken attended Kennedy Western University and holds a Bachelor in Business Administration. His hobbies include golf and traveling and he has a wife of 21 years, two sons, and one granddaughter.

Larry Jr. has been part of the Dreamstyle Remodeling team since 1995. With notable achievements including the Four Seasons Sunrooms Closers Camp Top Closer in 2012 and 2013. He holds a BBA in Marketing Management from UNM’s Anderson School of Management. He has two children, Noah, and Brooke. Hobbies including spending time with his family, going to the gym, and watching or attending sporting events. “The absolute best part of my job is that I have been able to spend my career helping homeowners improve their homes and enhance their lifestyle with the projects we have done for them. I am proud to be a member of a team that shares the vision of providing top quality products, expert installation, and exceptional customer service.”
Thomas Chavez – Spa Production Manager
Tom has been with Dreamstyle Remodeling since 2002 and has achieved a level of excellence noticed by Cal Spas with our BBQ Islands being featured in their monthly magazine. In addition, under Tom’s leadership we were the #1 dealer in 2016 with BBQ island sales. Tom is an expert in the industry with 15 years of experience and factory training occurring every year with Cal Spas and Blaze King. He enjoys to travel and experience major sporting events during his free time. Additionally, Tom has two dogs at home, Sydney and Snyder.
Steven Hawson – HR Director
Steven has been with Dreamstyle Remodeling since 2012 and has 16 years of human resource experience. Steven holds a BA from the New College of Florida and an MBA from Jones International University. Notable accomplishments include being Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certified. Steven’s hobbies include playing guitar, banjo, and piano, learning new languages, and eating ethnic cuisines. Steven is happily married with six children.
