Larry Chavez – President & CEO
Larry Chavez is the founder, president and CEO of Dreamstyle Remodeling. After working as a CPA for several years, Larry founded what would become Dreamstyle Remodeling in 1989 with the opening of a Four Seasons Sunrooms franchise. Over the past 25 years, Larry has grown Dreamstyle into one of the largest remodeling companies in the country, with more than 600 employees and customers totaling over 67,000+ throughout the Western United States. Dreamstyle Remodeling now offers top-name brand home improvement products across six states.
Currently, Larry serves on Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies Remodeling Futures Program Steering Committee and is a mentor for Stanford University’s Latino Entrepreneur Leadership Program. In March of 2017, Larry was inducted into the UNM Anderson School of Management Hall of Fame.
Joyce Hitchner – Co-Founder & Secretary Treasurer
Joyce is a key participant in the company’s expansion of all markets and products and the company’s overall strategic planning. She is closely involved in talent evaluation and plays a key role in succession planning. Joyce coordinates employee recognition and motivational activities. She is extensively involved the company’s charitable work. She is responsible for planning and executing the design and construction of the company’s extensive facilities, including showrooms throughout five Western states.
Dawn Dewey – Senior Vice President of Marketing & Business Development
Dawn has been a crucial driver of our growth and success; not only as the leader of our Marketing Department, but as a key strategist in our business decisions. During Dawn’s tenure, she and her team have driven growth so effectively that Dreamstyle Remodeling has been on an exponential growth trajectory—averaging double-digit percentage increases annually for five years running. Dawn has been recognized in Professional Remodeler Magazine’s 40 under 40 and participates in Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies Remodeling Futures Steering Committee.
Kellie Linfoot – Vice President of Consumer Finance
Kellie has been a vital member of our Management Team for 13 years. She has led the innovation of consumer financing, not only in our organization, but within the home improvement industry. With Kellie’s leadership, we have strong partnership with the top lending agencies in the country and finance 72% of our overall business. Kellie has been instrumental in negotiating promotional terms with our partnered lenders. She was recognized in Professional Remodeler magazine’s 40 Under 40 list in 2017.
Isaiah Watkins – Vice President of Sales
Isaiah brings a wealth of industry and sales management experience and talent to our organization. Isaiah comes from a long history of home improvement, starting when he founded his first home improvement company at age 17.
Buck Vernon – Vice President of Nontraditional Marketing
In 2010, Buck Vernon is the industry expert on non-traditional marketing in the nation. With 20+ years of experience in Home Improvement driving Proximity, Events, and Retail, Buck leads our non-traditional marketing department.
Guy W. Bluff – General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
Guy is an attorney with more than 30 years of experience in the area of construction claims and preparation. He has been involved in more than 1,000 construction related disputes and claims ranging to in excess of $15,000,000. While he serves as our in-house General Counsel, Guy’s talents and scope of responsibility extend much further than legal counsel. He also has a background of working directly in the construction industry and he is our key resource in compliance issues as well.
